MEMBERSHIP COST

The annual cost is $295/per individual (includes: 5 luncheons, a member social & great networking). Each member may invite one guest per luncheon, provided space is available, at a cost of $50. There will be no refund if a member is unable to fulfill his/her membership.

MEETING FREQUENCY

Lunch meetings are held the first Wednesday every other month (February 6, April 3, June 5, August 7, October 2). Meetings include a guest speaker, open mic for deal promotion/marketing, company announcement, industry news and great networking with key Permian focused A&D dealmakers.

Membership in ADAM-Permian Energy Network is restricted to high-level/senior management directly involved in A&D from E&P companies and to a limited number of Private-Equity Firm, Asset-Marketing Firm or M&A Advisory Firm. Members are “deal makers”, those directly involved with the acquisition or divestiture of upstream oil & gas assets.
